OUR OFFERINGS

Thousand&One was built on the realization that systemic structures impact our workplaces, benefiting some of us, while leaving the rest behind. We help leaders, allies, organizations, and women of colour navigate some of the most pressing workplace challenges and create more inclusive, equitable, and community-driven solutions.

WHAT WE DO

We design bespoke workshops and programs for women of colour, allies, teams, and organizations to increase leadership capacity, identify strategies to navigate unjust systems, and build braver spaces that prioritize wellness and belonging.

WORKSHOPS & TRAINING

We conduct research, curate content, and distribute a monthly newsletter to amplify the voices and experiences of women of colour, share insights to advance inclusion in the workplace, and grow a community dedicated to leveling the playing field.

RESEARCH & CONTENT

We collaborate with partners, bring experienced practitioners and speakers together, and organize events and panels to advance conversations around the current state of the workplace with the goal of creating a more inclusive future for women of colour.
